We have an amazing selection of farms in Skåne that work and lives for the samt believes as ours: long term diversity and sustainability. We going to cook a a lunch menu based on their produce and add only salt and herbs and flowers from the soundings. The menu will require approximately 2 hours of your time. We hope you are hungry. We’re lucky to live in a neighbourhood brimming with produce from the sea, fields and forest — as well as have partnerships with ambitious local farmers and growers, so our menu changes along with the seasons. Each week we discover what produce is best and the most honest, delicious way of serving them. Raw, dry, salted, jelly, pickle, smoked, fermented and circular.
