We are inspired by our surroundings

Hörte Brygga is a seasonal restaurant by the Baltic Sea that adapts to the seasons and the flow of people on the southern coast of Sweden, serving the best produce from the soils of Skåne. We are lucky to live in a neighbourhood brimming with produce from field and forest, as well as having partnerships with ambitious local farmers and growers, thus our menu changes with the seasons. Each week we decide which produce is at its very best and the most honest, delicious way of serving them. Raw, dried, salted, jellied, pickled, smoked, fermented and circular.
