Hörte Brygga is a seasonal restaurant by the Baltic Sea that adapts to the seasons and the flow of people on the south cost, serving the best produce from the soil of Skåne. We’re lucky to live in a neighbourhood brimming with produce from the sea, fields and forest — as well as have partnerships with ambitious local farmers and growers, so our menu changes along with the seasons. Each week we discover what produce is best and the most honest, delicious way of serving them. Raw, dry, salted, jelly, pickle, smoked, fermented and circular.
