Hörte Brygga

We are inspired by our surroundings

Hörte Brygga is a seasonal restaurant by the Baltic Sea that adapts to the seasons and the flow of people on the south cost, serving the best produce from the soil of Skåne. We’re lucky to live in a neighbourhood brimming with produce from the sea, fields and forest — as well as have partnerships with ambitious local farmers and growers, so our menu changes along with the seasons. Each week we discover what produce is best and the most honest, delicious way of serving them. Raw, dry, salted, jelly, pickle, smoked, fermented and circular.

“When you have access to good produce there’s no reason to complicate things.” -Martin Sjöstrand, Headchef and co-owner

Hörte Brygga is a “drop-in restaurant” so you can’t make a reservation, you just show up when you feel like it! However at Köksbordet (which is open when Hörte Brygga is closed) you need to pre book your dinner because we only have seats for 10 people per dinner.
